The metal base cap heater allows for immediate use when the solution reaches operating temperature of 34 degrees centigrade.

The metal base cap provides for uniform temperature distribution throughout the headspace area.

The normal warm-up time for the model 590 is approximately 10 minutes and is stabilized for operational testing. The temperature stability is better than +/- .02 degrees centigrade.

A family of power supplies is available for this state of the art simulator.
